Our Gastown studio is open by appointment. Please be as specific as you can about what pieces you'd like to see when you book your appointment online.

We are happy to size rings for our customers for a charge plus return shipping within 60 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for safe shipping back to us for sizing. Please contact us if you need a ring sized for instructions on how to proceed.

Each piece is handmade to order, production time for your special piece is approximately 3-4 weeks. 

We will dispatch all orders within 1-2 weeks, and 4-6 weeks for custom or wholesale orders. Please allow 3-7 business days for CAN delivery.

All North American orders are shipped Canada Post expedited mail with tracking and are insured up to $100. Purchases exceeding $1000 will be shipped using Fedex (overnight service) or DHL (express service) and require a signature upon delivery for maximum insurance coverage. If you prefer another carrier or would like priority shipping, please contact us. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

All other international deliveries are approximately 7–14 business days. Delivery time is calculated by adding dispatch time and delivery time.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase and in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products.

No refunds or returns, as each piece is handcrafted just for you, but we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied. We are happy to exchange a Ready-To-Ship ring for another product or for a Create Your Own ring (lead times for production are approx 4 weeks). A Create Your Own Ring exchange is on a case-by-case basis. Any exchanges must take place within 30 days of receiving the items, and the items may be exchanged for a different item or size, provided that the original piece is unworn, unused and in its original condition and ring size. A restocking fee will be added for exchanges for RTS and Create Your Own Ring collection pieces. Engraved items are not eligible for an exchange.

Customer is responsible for safe return shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. No refunds, returns or exchanges on custom/bespoke, customized or special order jewelry. Sale items, including items with a discount code applied, are final sale.

We recommend gently washing your pieces with mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush. This is all you should need to brighten up the metal and make diamonds sparkle. Do not wear jewelry where chemicals are present, such as a pool or hot tub.

Mix a small amount of mild dish detergent with warm water in a bowl. Put the jewelry into the bowl and let sit for a few minutes, and then use a very soft, dedicated toothbrush to gently scrub the jewelry. Remove item from soapy water, rinse it and dry thoroughly with a soft polishing cloth.

You can also use a polishing cloth for extra shine and to remove any tarnish. Sometimes 14K gold can tarnish a bit—particularly earrings or the inside of rings—depending on your skin chemistry, but it is a very easy fix.

You can also bring your diamond rings to a reputable jeweler and ask if they can put your piece in their ultrasonic cleanser.

Sterling silver can tarnish quite quickly when it comes into contact with oxygen or sulfur. However, the best measure to prevent this is wearing your jewelry often. Usually, the oils in your skin help prevent tarnish, however, this will vary depending on your own body chemistry.

If your silver jewelry is tarnished, you can gently clean it with a jewelry polishing cloth. 

There are also many viable home remedies for cleaning and polishing online. Just remember that silver is very soft so use something like a very soft baby toothbrush to avoid scratching.
